Shipping policy

All our physical products are printed and sent directly to our customers. Please ensure that you have provided the correct delivery address for your order. 

Your order will be processed, packaged and shipped within 3 working days of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation and shipment email to let you know that we have received your order and when it is on its way to you. Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods.

We endeavour for our products to arrive in perfect condition. All our items are therefore carefully packaged. While we aim to send orders in one package, where this is not possible some items in your order may arrive separately.

Delivery 

UK

Royal Mail Tracked 48®: 2-4 working days from date of shipment. 

Europe 

Royal Mail Europe Tracked®: 5-7 working days from date of shipment.  

 

International (excluding Europe)

Royal Mail International Tracked®: 7-10 working days from date of shipment.  

 

Customs 

If you provide a delivery address outside of the UK please be aware that the price of your item and shipping do not include additional charges for example taxes or import duties. We advise that you make yourself aware of any additional costs to purchasing your product. Once items have been shipped we will be unable to make any changes.
