Refund policy

If you would like to return your product for a refund, please email Mustardseedlearning@outlook.com  within 14 days of your purchase. Please quote your order number stated in your order confirmation email and the reason for your return. We will be in touch within 2 working days regarding your return enquiry.    

All items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not cover the return shipping cost. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we advise that returned items are posted using Royal Mail Signed For® (or a signed for alternation if you are outside of the UK) as return items that do not arrive with us will not be able to be processed. 

Once the item reaches us, is processed, and inspected, you will receive an email regarding your refund within 3 working days. Please note, we are unable to refund deliver charges. All product refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within the following 5 - 7 working days.
